2023-2024 Fall Registration
All of our class listings can be found under “Our School” in the menu. If a class is not listed on the interest form provided, it is because the class is currently full. The form will allow you to choose to be placed on a waitlist but please be aware our waitlists can be quite long depending upon the age group. Looking for Summer Camp options? STEP ONE: CLICK HERE TO SUBMIT A CLASS INTEREST FORM FOR FALL. Please do not submit this request if you do not intend to enroll. If you want to ask questions, please email the director at nmartin@newnanfumc.org. Add our email addresses to your contact list so that you do not miss our reply: nmartin@newnanfumc.org, preschool@newnanfumc.org.
STEP TWO: After submitting the initial interest form, we will check on the current availability of the class you have requested – we often have multiple requests come in at once for a class. You will receive an email from one of the addresses listed above stating the class we enrolled you in OR the waitlist on which you have been placed. If you add those addresses as contacts in your email program, they will not go to spam. We will move on to someone else on our waitlist if you do not reply to accept your slot. Please read all of this page for our registration requirements and fee table (located below).
STEP THREE: Enrollment and Paying of Fees
- NEW FAMILIES TO PROCARE: If your family is not currently enrolled in our system, you will then be sent a full registration form to enroll you in Procare. At that point, you will be charged the initial supply fee. Upon receiving your supply fee payment, we will enroll your child and send you an invoice for the registration fee of the class you were placed into. This is not an automated step, but something performed on our end during regular business hours so please give us time to see your form in our inbox and process it. It is at this point that Procare generates a login code for you to log into our system and emails it to you. Your registration is considered complete after you have logged in and paid the registration fee and placed a card or account on file for us to charge in the fall. If that fee is not paid within 3 business days of receiving our notification of your acceptance into the class, we reserve the right to remove you from the system and give your spot to someone on our waitlist.
- EXISTING FAMILIES ALREADY IN PROCARE: If your family is currently enrolled in our system or has been enrolled in our system since we started using Procare, you will be charged the supply fee and registration fee and your child will be fully enrolled. If the payment type we have on file for you is unsuccessful, you have three business days to resolve the issue and make payment before your enrollment is considered canceled.
