We have a lot of exciting things going on at preschool!! Valentine’s Day is approaching and we are getting ready for that big day.
Each month you will be receiving a memory verse on a magnet. Our February Scripture verse is 1 Corinthians 10:31. “Whatever you do, do for the glory of God.” The teachers are reading this verse from the Bible to the children along with their devotional, and they will be focusing on this verse all month. Please recite this with your children…repetition is key to learning!

Kindergarten Open House: Our Open House for our Kindergarten Class will be held February 10 at 10:00a in the Parish Hall. This is a very informative meeting about our Kindergarten program. Our teacher, Josie Exner, and her Assistant, Jan Franks, will discuss the curriculum and activities associated with our Kindergarten. They will also answer questions you may have about the program. Everyone is invited. If you have a friend looking for a standard Kindergarten program in a small, nurturing environment, please let them know about our Open House. Please wear a face covering and we will social distance.
Bags of Hope: Thank you for your donations to Bags of Hope! You have been MOST generous! We will continue to collect items, as this is an ongoing project.
As I know you are aware, the needs of charitable organizations in our community are huge because people in our community are going through a difficult time….and this has been going on for many months. The Salvation Army is needing food to distribute to people in our community. For the month of February, we will collect canned goods and dried food to assist with this need. Again, the food we collect will go to families in our area and community. When you send in items, we will place them in tubs, which are in the foyer area of the preschool. Let’s over flow these tubs with food and help stop hunger in our community. Thank you, in advance, for your generosity!
Looking Ahead … Blessings! Nancy
